Dr. Debmalya Sanyal

Dr. Debmalya Sanyal is a highly qualified Endocrinologist. He completed MBBS and DTMH from Calcutta University, MD in General Medicine from Utkal University and DM in Endocrinology from the West Bengal University of Health Sciences in 2007. He also completed MRCP from the Royal Colleges of Physicians & Surgeons in Ireland and FACE from the American College of Endocrinology (ACE) in 2015.

Dr. Sanyal has received several awards and recognitions, including Honours (Distinction) in Pharmacology and the Dr. Deepak Banerjee Award for Best Paper Published in JIMA - 2009. He is a member of various medical societies such as the Endocrine Society of W.B., The Endocrine Society - USA, the Diabetic Association of India (WB), the European Society of Endocrinology, the Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India, and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists.

Some of his notable paper presentations include "High Prevalence of Insulin Resistance & Cardiovascular Risk Factors in India Subjects With Igt & Recently Detected Type 2 Diabetes" at the RSSDI Conference in Kolkata, 2007, and "Early Treatment With Low Fixed Dose (5mci) Radioiodine Therapy is Effective in Indian Subjects With Graves' Disease," published in the Journal of Indian Medical Association, 2008.
