Gastritis :
Nausea, bloated feeling, and indigestion. Acute(sudden) or chronic(long term). Causes are excessive alcohol consumption, stress, infection (H.pylori bacteria), and overuse of painkillers like ibuprofen or spicy, acidic foods. Symptoms may range from mild discomfort to so severe that ulceration may occur if left unchecked. Life changes and avoidance of alcohol, caffeine, and spicy foods would treat the symptoms. Medications include antacids, proton pump inhibitors, and antibiotics (for bacteria-related). Smaller meals, drinking plenty of water, and stress management through yoga or meditation could spell wonders for the stomach issue itself. If the symptoms persist beyond a few days, a doctor should be consulted to ward off the development of more severe ailments like stomach ulcers or internal bleeding. A routine checkup and a diet with a potential habit of gastritis could lessen the recurrence of gastritis and improve quality of life.
