Parkinson disease :
Parkinson diseases can be described as a neurological disease that affects the part of the brain which leads to loss of muscle control, movement, and balance. Parkinson disease will be caused due to genetic inheritance. The symptoms which will be observed in parkinson disease will be slowed down movements, muscle tremors during rest, unstable walking gait, less blinking of eye, unstable posture, stiffness or rigidity and other motor symptoms will be drooling of saliva due to facial muscle loss, low voice while speaking, swallowing difficulty, micrographia which is small hand writing, mask like face expression. There will be non motor symptoms such as depression, loss of smell, constipation, sleep disturbances, trouble in thinking and focusing. The parkinson disease will be detected through blood tests, CT scan, genetic testing, PET scan, skin biopsy, MRI scan, spinal tap or lumbar puncture. Parkinson disease will be managed with medications and deep-brain stimulation of nerves.
