We usually do an MRI to find the exact situation of the Lumbar disc which is present between LS and S1 vertebrae. The treatment depends on stage of disc disease and how acute the patients condition is. Not every disc bulge requires surgery and always Medication and proper physiotherapy is the first choice. We advise surgery only is a few specific advanced cases where the patient cannot get relief from conservative treatments.
