Hi this is Srinivas, I love to go gym everyday for 6 pack, so i always take high protein diet for muscle gain. Recently i was detected kidney problem . Can high protein damage my kidneys? Please help me out to come with this doubt.

If you have kidney problems it’s not advisable for a high protein diet. Instead, You should go for 0.8 gm per kg day protein intake. Consult once your treating nephrologist for further workup of your kidney issues. You can do exercises and walk daily.
