My age is 43. I am in menopause. Bulky uterus with fibrosis. What can I do? The hyperechoic lesion seen measures 41.6×43mm.
A.
If you are not symptomatic, then follow up would be enough. If symptomatic, it is better to get an endometrial biopsy done first and then proceed for further treatment based on the biopsy report.
