Kidney Diseases
Q.

Hello, Doctor. This is Sharmila from Kondapur. I examined my pee to see if any protein was seeping out. My urine did not contain any protein, yet it always seems foamy when I use the toilet. Does this indicate kidney disease? I have as well a high level of blood pressure and lose 1 point in my blood in a month. Thank you.

A.

Hi Sharmila, as you are hypertensive and it’s not under control it’s a high chance u may be losing protein in your urine, once go for 24 hrs urinary protein test and do a renal function test and need evaluation for uncontrolled BP.
