ADHD :
ADHD(Attention-deficit/hyperactivity Disorder) is the most common neurodevelopmental disorder that is seen twice in boys and children than in girls. It disrupts the person's ability to manage their behavior, pay attention, control overactivity, regulate their mood, stay organized and concentrated, sit still, and have difficulty in following directions. Types of ADHD are predominantly inattentive, predominantly hyperactive-impulsive, and combined. Inattentive symptoms include issues in managing tasks and activities, difficulty in listening, daydreaming, trouble with following instructions, avoiding tasks that require mental effort, losing things, and being easily distracted. Hyperattentive symptoms include tapping hands frequently, trouble playing quietly, talking too much, trouble waiting for their turn, and often interrupting others. Complications include poor self-esteem, depression, anxiety, sleep issues, risky behaviors, frequent accidents, trouble with relationships, and job instability.
