Aplastic Anaemia :

Aplastic anaemia is a blood disorder in which the bone marrow does not produce enough blood cells and blood platelets. Aplastic anaemia will be caused by bone marrow damage, which will be due to the body's own immune system. The symptoms that will be observed in aplastic anaemia will be fatigue, bleeding more easily, fever, dizziness, headache, viral infections, pale skin, and shortness of breath. The diagnosis of aplastic anaemia will be based on the diagnostic tests, such as physical examination, blood tests, genetic testing, and other investigation tests, including bone marrow aspiration, biopsy of bone marrow, peripheral blood smear, reticulocyte count, and complete blood count. Aplastic anaemia will be managed by using prescribed medications, transfusion of blood, allogenic stem cell transplant, and antibiotic medications. The complications that are observed in the case of aplastic anaemia will be severe infections, myelodysplastic syndrome, arrhythmia or heart failure, excessive bleeding, and anaemia.
