Child Specialist :
A child specialist is referred to as a paediatrician who will be dealing with diagnosing and treating diseases that affect children, infants, and adolescents. A child specialist or paediatrician is specialized with a graduation in MBBS, followed by post-graduation in MD, pediatrics. A child specialist or paediatrician is highly trained in providing many treatments to children, such as diagnosis of illnesses and treating them, regular health checkups, performing developmental screenings to analyse physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the child, managing chronic illnesses, and performing minor surgeries. When the child is having a fever, a cold, and a persistent cough, gastrointestinal problems like diarrhea, vomiting, dehydration, such as dry mouth, sunken eyes, bumps on the skin, breathing problems, skin rashes, ear pain, injuries, drowsiness, behavioral changes, including fussiness, the child should consult a child specialist or paediatrician for the diagnosis and treatment.
