| Backache or back pain is one of the most common medical problems experienced by both men and women globally. This is often manifested as constant dull pain in the lower back region or a sharp pain that shoots to the legs. Back pain is often a result of an unhealthy spine as a result of the occupation, posture, lack of flexibility and fitness or unwanted weight gain. The primary step to alleviate back pain is via prevention. Building a life style where the priority is to achieve the ideal weight, build strength of the lower back muscles with exercise and being mindful of the posture during the job is essential.
