Urologist :
A urologist is a trained doctor who specializes in diagnosing and managing the problems affecting reproductive organs and the urinary tract. To certify as a urologist, one should complete five and a half years of graduation and obtain an MBBS degree from a medical college, followed by two years post-graduation, MS/ DNB in General Surgery, and then pursue a super-specialization degree, MCh/ DNB in Urology. The primary urologic conditions treated by a urologist include trouble urinating (peeing), urinary tract infections, kidney stones, bed-wetting, male-fertility, blood in urine, any kind of stones, tumors, infections and trauma associated to urinary bladder, ureters, urethra, kidneys (thus making it difficult to pass urine), difficulty getting and keeping an erection, enlarged prostate gland and pain in testicles.
