Anger Management :
Anger management is actually the process of learning to control your anger before it controls you. Actually, it's a very normal feeling to feel angry, but when anger gets to the point of feeling overwhelming or leads you to some kind of aggressive behavior, it starts causing problems in relationships and even at work or in general well-being. Anger management teaches you what makes you angry and healthier ways to express such a feeling. You are not supposed to suppress anger, you should learn how to react calmly and constructively.
These may include early recognition of warning signs of anger, deep breathing exercises and timeouts which would stop ascending emotions. You may also be taught the ways to express your feelings without being defensive or getting aggressive. The therapy can thus be well designed for the management of anger, to be taken as individual therapy and group sessions or through self-help strategies and whenever needed.Master these skills, and you can alleviate the stress anger imposes, improve your relationships, and reclaim a sense of mastery over your feelings.
