Dr. Lakshmi K Vedaprakash

Dr. Lakshmi K. Vedaprakash is a highly regarded pediatrician and neonatologist with numerous accomplishments in the field. She completed her MBBS degree at Kerala University and went on to pursue an MD in Paediatrics at the prestigious Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, London. She is also trained in neonatology and is an MRCPCH from the UK.

She provides various services, including handling cases related to low birth weight, newborn jaundice, infant care, newborn assessment, developmental delays in children, childhood infections, infant & child nutrition, etc. She previously worked as a Senior Neonatologist Specialist Registrar at Birmingham Women’s Hospital. Currently, she is a Consultant in Paediatrics at Rainbow Children’s Hospital & BirthRight by Rainbow, Kondapur.

Dr. Lakshmi K. Vedaprakash is registered with the Travencore Cochin Medical Council, Trivandrum. She is a member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK), the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, and the National Neonatology Forum. She has presented her scientific papers at national and international levels, and her articles have been published in international journals.
