Anger management is a type of cognitive behavioral management therapy which provides coping skills and strategies in controlling anger/raging emotion. When a person experiences unfair justice, repressed trauma, does not get his needs met, ego is bruised or physically challenged by others, that person is likely to get more furious about the situation and end up with destructive behavior.
