UTI :

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is the infection that can occur any where in the urinary tract. It includes kidneys, ureter, urinary bladder and urethra. UTI is the common infection seen among people and is mostly due to bacteria called E.coli and few fungi. Common causes of UTI are dehydration, sexual intercourse, catheterization, obesity and diabetes.

Symptoms include burning pain while urinating, increased frequency and urgency to urinate, flank pain, fever with chills, supra pubic pain, blood and casts in urine. Treatment include anti-biotic therapy and having plenty of fluids.
