TIA treatment :
TIA - defined as Transient ischemic attack is a stroke occurring as a result of disrupted blood flow to the brain and symptoms usually last for few minutes to an hour. These symptoms include weakness or numbness typically on one side of the body involving face, legs and arms, loss of vision or sudden vision changes, slurred speech, difficulty in understanding and confusion.
Although TIA is a self resolvable condition, it requires medical attention . However tia treatment mainly focuses on alleviating the symptoms and reducing the risk of subsequent strokes involving lifestyle modifications, medications and surgery.
