A paediatric oncologist is a highly skilled specialist with the training to diagnose and treat cancer in minors. Paediatric oncologists work with patients who are under the age of 18. They diagnose their patients using tests like biopsy and lumbar puncture. These specialists can treat all the cancers that can develop in children including brain tumours, blood cancers, sarcomas and lymphomas.
