Epilepsy :
Epilepsy is a chronic, non communicable neurological disorder marked with recurrent onset of seizures that are typically brief episodes of involuntary movement involving either a part of the body i.e partial or the entire body - generalized, accompanied by loss of consciousness and control of bowel or bladder function and frothing. There are many types of epilepsy depending on the parts of the brain involved namely focal, generalized and a combination of both. Estimates suggest epilepsy is the fourth most common neurological disorder in the world, however majority of the people living with this condition may embrace a seizure-free if diagnosed and treated appropriately by an experienced neurologist.
