Chemotherapy involves administering chemptherapy drugs into the body that are targeted to destroy cancer cells. In some cancers Chemotherapy is the only type of treatment that is advised whereas in some cancers, Chemotherapy is used as an adjunct treatment done alongside surgery and radiotherapy. Chemotherapy is known to cause side effects as along as it destroys cancer cells, it might also affects the healthy cells. Some common side effects are Nausea, Vomiting and Diarrhea. These gut issues can be dealt with by using prescription medications. Another side effect is Hair loss.
