Head Ache :
Headache refers to pain in any region of the head, which may occur on one side or both sides. It may appear as a pressure that is throbbing, constant, sharp, and dull. Types of headaches are primary headaches and secondary headaches. Primary headaches include tension-type headaches, migraine headaches, cluster headaches, and new daily persistent headaches. It may be triggered by alcohol, red wine, foods such as processed meats, consuming nicotine, changes in sleep, poor posture, exercise, skipped meals, coughing, sneezing, blowing nose, straining, laughing, and crying vigorously. Secondary headaches include dehydration headaches, sinus headaches, medication overuse headaches, spinal headaches, and thunderclap headaches. It may caused by illness, stress, tobacco smoke, allergens, perfumes, and genetics. Applying heat or cold packs to the head, stretching, massaging the head and neck, resting in a dark room, and taking a walk can relieve the headache.
