You should take a gynecologist consultation and should take a detailed evaluation of your situation. Your doctor may find a reason or may not for your miscarriage but evaluation will let you know about your health and your chances of having a healthy baby. Many times a minor correctable factor may be a reason for the miscarriage and just a small pill may solve your issue. All the best.
