Hi Doctor. I Am a marketing professional. I used to roam around the city every day. I lost my face Glow. Recently brown spots have appeared on my face and behind my ear also. Can you please suggest proper treatment or lifestyle changes to reduce brown spots on your face

Brown spots occur mainly due to sun damage or due to post acne. They can be prevented by proper application of sunscreen and moisturizer. Use of broad rimmed hats also will be helpful
