Heart Attack

Heart Attack
Q.

My coworker is 32 years old and weighs 95 Kg. He has a heart attach. What should be done to prevent this at this age, and what are the main causes? Why are people under the age of 40 developing heart problems? Please suggest it to us.

A.

Hello, good morning. We are seeing an increased incidence of heart disease in young people in the past few years. A sedentary lifestyle, smoking, diabetes, hypertension at a young age, COVID, high cholesterol levels and diet are the main reasons for heart attack at a young age. Regular walking, avoiding junk food and oily foods, keeping regular checkups of lipid profile and periodic health assessments are important to know your cardiac status and prevention.
