Arthritis

Arthritis
Q.

I'm Naina, 49 years old, and I've been diagnosed with arthritis in both knees. For the past year, I've been in severe pain. I'm on medications for the same thing. But I'm curious whether there's a diet to follow during arthritis treatment that can make the condition go away faster. Is there anything I should avoid eating?

A.

The most important aspect of diet in arthritis is not to gain weight. The major way to arrest arthritis is to avoid friction of the affected joint by doing regular exercises to keep the muscles around that joint strong.
