Knee Pain :
Knee pain is called the pain in the knee or discomfort in the knee joint. The knee joint will be the biggest joint in the body and will provide support to the weight, so it will be the most commonly injured joint. Knee pain will be felt closer to the surface above and behind the knee, in other parts of the leg and knee, and deep inside the knee. The common cause of knee pain will be overuse of knee leading to tendinitis, buristis, patellofemoral pain, injuries will be sports injuries, traumas due to accidents and falls, repetitive strain injuries, injuries due to sports, dislocations, knee sprains, meniscus tears, knee ligament tears, hyperextended knees, and arthritis and its types will be osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, post-traumatic arthritis. Knee pain will be managed with a method called RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation, physiotherapy, medications to relieve pain, knee surgery, and knee braces.
