Lumbar Spondylosis :
Over time, the cushion between two bones in the lower back is worn down by wear, or a bone spur develops and results in stiffness, aching, and becoming unbearably painful on movement, which is also known as lumbar spondylosis. This also results from wear or tear that happens on a spinal disc and bones in the lumbar portion of the spine or your lower back. Some of the causes include age, recurrent heavy lifting as well as obesity and poor posture. These normally accompany low back aches and stiffness from the numbness and tingling sensations down to the legs. Diagnosis is done by physical examination or radiological studies like an X-ray or MRI scan. This may further include the best exercise in order to improve the back or even a lifestyle adjustment for losing weight and acquiring proper postures. Even extreme cases may also require surgery to lighten the pressure off the spinal nerves. All these can be prevented by exercises, proper nutrition, and correct ergonomic behavior, therefore ensuring proper prevention or proper management of lumbar spondylosis for good mobility throughout life.
