Fixed Deformities example-swan neck deformities, Rheumatoid Nodule. Diagnosis Criteria of RA, Serum rheumatoid factor (RF), anticyclic citrullinated peptide (Anti-CCP), and Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) or C-reactive protein (CRP) ,X Ray, ultrasound, or MRI), Synovial Fluid Analysis, life style changes includes smoking cessation, balanced nutrition, avoid high Protein foods , quality sleep, , Treatment: Methotrexate (DMARD), NSAIDS, Glucocorticoids, Anti-TNF Agents, Anti-IL-6 Agents, joint splinting, sometimes surgery is recommended in severe cases
