Anger Management :
Anger management is referred to as the treatment of anger in order to handle the situations that cause anger. Anger is a natural feeling that arises due to things going wrong. When anger is suppressed without expression, it can cause heart disease, high blood pressure, headaches, diarrhoea, and skin disorders. Anger management therapy is needed in some of the conditions, like attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, and borderline personality disorder. Anger management therapy will be helpful to cope with skills like change in the way of thinking about situations called cognitive restructuring, relaxation techniques are used to make them pause before they react with anger, and improve communication skills to express anger in a healthy way.
