Dr Thanuja Perkha qualified MBBS from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, in 2012, after which she did DCh from Kakatiya Medical College, Warangal, in 2018, and She Pursued a DNB in Paediatrics from Ankura Hospital for Women and Children, Hyderabad and from Boston in 2023 she also did PGPN - Post-Graduate Program in Paediatric Nutrition. She got her medical registration under the Telangana State Medical Council in 2012.
