He studied MBBS and an MD in General Medicine from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam, a DM in Cardiology from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi and a fellowship in Fellow of Interventional Cardiology, Fellow of Heart Failure Society of India and Fellow of Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions (FSCAI).
