Dr. Ragi Prasad, Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. Ragi Prasad is an internationally-qualified orthopaedic surgeon with over 15 years of experience as a specialist. He has deep expertise in treating hip and knee pains with joint replacement surgery. He also provides joint mobilization treatment, trauma surgery and sports injury treatment. Dr. Ragi earned his MBBS from Jagadguru Jayadeva Murugarajendra Medical College in 1999. He returned to the college after a few years to pursue his MS in Orthopaedics, which he completed in 2005. Later, he attended the University of Heidelberg in Germany, where he completed a fellowship in knee and hip arthroplasty in 2007. In the same year, he completed a fellowship in sports trauma at NIMS Hyderabad.

He is registered with the Andhra Pradesh Medical Council and is a member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association and Indian Medical Association.
