Dr. Prasad Neelam

Dr. Prasad Neelam is a distinguished Surgical Gastroenterologist with extensive experience in the field. Renowned for his substantial career, he has conducted various intricate surgeries, such as DDLT, Living Donor Liver Transplantation, and notably, a 10cm TrichoBezoar on an 8-year-old girl. He was an integral part of Telangana's pioneering living donor small bowel transplant. His expertise encompasses complex hepatopancreatic biliary procedures and liver transplants at the Osmania Hospital.

Dr. Prasad Neelam focuses on Advanced colorectal laparoscopic procedures, complex hepatopancreaticobiliary surgeries, and general consultations. He addresses ailments including Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Celiac disease,  Food allergies and intolerances, and Stomach ulcers. Dr. Prasad Neelam completed his graduation from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, pursued his M.S. in General Surgery at Andhra Medical College in Vizag, and obtained his M.Ch. in Surgical Gastroenterology from Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad. He holds membership in prestigious associations such as APMC, TSMC, IASG, and ASI. He previously served as a consultant gastroenterologist at Prathima Hospitals in Hyderabad and is currently practicing in the same capacity at Sravani Hospitals in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
