Child Specialist :
A child specialist, also called a Pediatrician, is a doctor who provides treatment and care for diseases or clinical conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. They are the doctors who undergo MBBS graduation from a medical college, followed by a master's (MD) or Diploma (DNB) in pediatrics. They are majorly involved in performing regular well baby checkups, conducting physical exams, tracking a child's physical, emotional, and social development, diagnose and treat conditions that affect the children, providing guidance on nutrition and safety, and vaccination. Common conditions treated by Pediatrician include sore throat, cough, general pain, fever, skin infections, earache, bacterial sinusitis, bronchitis, and urinary tract infections. Child specialists or Pediatricians are specially trained to address and treat the developmental and health needs of children, which include early detection and management of various health concerns.
