Anger Management :
Anger management is the process of learning to control the anger. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion, which is neither good nor bad. It conveys a message showing a situation in which the person is upset, unjust, or threatening. Anger becomes a problem when the person expresses it in a way that harms himself or others. It shows the effect on physical health, mental health, career, and relationships. Anger management's goal is not to suppress the emotion but to express the message behind the emotion in a healthy way without losing control. Persons affected with hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, depression, anxiety, and intermittent explosive disorder need therapy for anger management. Anger management therapy by a Psychiatrist helps the person to identify triggers that make the person angry, feelings of anger, the intensity of anger, and working to develop skills or strategies that can control the anger and lead a calm and balanced life.
