Retinoblastoma :
Retinoblastoma is a form of eye cancer that begins in the retina and usually spreads in and around the eye and spreads to the other parts of the body. Types of retinoblastoma are unilateral, bilateral, and trilateral. The earliest and most common symptom is the pupil appearing white, usually seen in photos taken in dim places. Other symptoms include trouble moving eyes, misaligned eyes, pain, enlarged eyes, bulging eyes, blood in the front chamber of the eye, infection, swelling, and inflammation of surrounding tissue. It is mainly caused by a mutation in the tumor suppressor gene. Complications include partial or total blindness, brain cancer, and cancers like sarcomas, melanomas, and lung cancers.
