Renal Failure :
Renal failure is a condition in which your kidneys do not function effectively, thus making it difficult to filter the waste materials. It can be a temporary type, as in acute kidney failure or a long-term condition, such as chronic kidney failure. The warning signs of renal failure are extreme tiredness, nausea, vomiting, difficulty in concentrating, swelling around hands or ankles, loss of appetite or food tasting like metallic, muscle spasms, urinating often and dry skin. The most common causes of renal failure are high blood pressure and uncontrolled diabetes. Renal failure also occurs due to polycystic kidney disease, glomerular diseases and autoimmune kidney diseases like lupus. The risk of renal failure is high in those with diabetes, high blood pressure, old age adults, those suffering from heart diseases, family history of kidney diseases and also among those who have a long history of taking pain medications.
