Flu :
Flu is a disease that can affect the lungs, nose, and throat. Flu or influenza occurs due to the influenza virus. The flu will subside on its own in most cases. The symptoms that are observed in flu will be cough, sore throat, blocked nose, tiredness, fever, headache, sweating, runny nose, and chills. Flu will be diagnosed with a swab test that involves collecting a sample of mucus from the nose. There will be risk factors that can increase the risk of flu, such as children and older age, weakened immunity, chronic diseases, long-term aspirin therapy, unhygienic living places, overweight, and pregnancy. The treatment advised for flu is done through medications such as antiviral medicines. Flu will also be controlled by following measures like frequent hand washing, covering mouth during sneezing and coughing, avoiding being in crowded places, stopping touching eyes, mouth, and nose, and maintaining clean surfaces.
