Dysuria :
Dysuria is defined as the pain or discomfort that occurs during urination. Dysuria will be most commonly seen in females. Urinary tract infections will be seen along with dysuria. The major symptom of dysuria will be a burning sensation and pain during urination or after urination. The dysuria will occur due to many reasons like vaginal infection, bladder infection, sexually transmitted diseases, irritation, urinary tract infection, injury, kidney stones, inflammation of the bladder in females, and in males, sexually transmitted diseases, urinary tract disease, and painful urination will be due to kidney stone, prostate disease, and kidney cancer. Dysuria and the underlying infection will be detected based on the urine culture test. The treatment advised for dysuria will be based on the causes, such as inflammation, dietary factors, prostate or bladder problems, and urinary tract infection. The prevention of dysuria will be done by drinking lots of water and maintaining hygiene.
