Amnesia :
Amnesia or memory loss is a state of mind where a person tends to forget facts, experiences, and information. Amnesia can be due to damage occurring to specific areas of the brain, responsible for processing memory.
Although there is no known remedy for amnesia, the mode of treatment can be directed towards the underlying cause. A person suffering from amnesia usually has trouble registering new information. In a similar manner, he/she is incapable of remembering past events and recalling previously known information.
