An infertility specialist or a fertility specialist who deals with the treatment of delays or inability to conceive a pregnancy in women. An infertility specialist is a qualified professional with a graduation in MBBS, followed by a post-graduation in MD/ MS or DGO in obstetrics and gynecology. Further, they are specialized in a fellowship course in reproductive medicine. An infertility specialist will be well-trained in treating many conditions, such as disorders in ovulation, infertility issues in males, blockage in the fallopian tubes, genetic disorders, uterine abnormalities, endometriosis, frequent miscarriages, premature ovarian failure, unexplained infertility, issues with ejaculation of semen, and age-related infertility.
