Pemphigus is a set of autoimmune diseases that affects the skin and induces sores, blisters, and fluid filled bumps on the skin and mucus membranes. The presenting complains of pemphigus includes skin around the blister is red to pink, fluid filled bumps or bubbles on the skin, sores that have crusty appearance, blisters that bleed lightly or leak clear fluid, pain near the affected skin, itchy skin, white or yellow pus fills the blister, skin around the blisters is fragile and peels in layers or scales and leaks out if the blister breaks open.
