Irregular Periods :

The diagnosis of irregular periods can be done through hysteroscopy, pelvic ultrasound examination, and biopsy of the endometrium. The management of irregular periods can be done with medications, and surgical treatments include myomectomy, uterine artery embolization, endometrial ablation, and hysterectomy. There are preventive measures that can reduce the risk of irregular periods, such as having a healthy lifestyle, prevention infections by maintaining good sanitary hygiene during periods, stress management, and regular checkups with a gynaecologist, which will help to have better reproductive health.
