Iritis :

Iritis is a condition that can affect the eye, leading to irritation and inflammation of the iris. Iris will be called the pupil of the eye. Iritis can affect any of the eyes or both eyes. Iritis will be caused due to many reasons, which include eye injury, infections, such as viral infections, certain medications, genetic issues, like autoimmune diseases, like juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, Behcet's disease, and sarcoidosis. The management advised for iritis will be through steroid eye drops to reduce the inflammation and to dilate the pupil.
