Commonly known as Dizziness, it is a state of the body where a person feels unsteady and lightheaded and rarely causes a vomiting sensation. There are 3 types of giddiness: presyncope - A sensation that a person feels like passing out or a blackout but doesn't occur, feels better after some time. Disequilibrium - Difficulty in standing, loss of balance frequently described as a falling sensation by the person, which takes a few minutes. Vertigo - It is a very common type of condition that affects the person where he/she experiences the wrong sensation of moving around or spinning and has difficulty maintaining steadiness. This may vary for each individual. Giddiness can be described as a false perception of spinning in motion, a headache, or feeling tired. And commonly associated with underlying causes such as migraine, Meniere's disease, and neural infection. A low salt diet, a change in lifestyle, plenty of water intake, and exercise have better results to get rid of this condition.
