Gall Bladder Surgery :
Gall bladder surgery is known as cholecystectomy. Gall bladder surgery can be performed to remove the gall bladder in case of any disease of the gall bladder. It will be performed through different types of procedures like open surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and robotic surgery, which are minimally invasive surgeries. Cholecystectomy will be suggested in case of gallstones, gall bladder cancer, or chronic cholecystitis. The symptoms that may require gall bladder surgery will be biliary colic, which involves pain in the biliary tract, that is, in the upper right position of the abdomen, and the other signs of gall bladder disease will be a swollen abdomen, jaundice, and polyps in the gall bladder. During the surgical procedure of gall bladder surgery, a small incision is made about 2-3 centimetres, and then 2-3 keyhole incisions will be made. A small tube is inserted into one incision, and a laparoscope is inserted into the large incision. Then a surgical tool is used to insert into the incision, and then the gall bladder will be removed.
