Uterus cancer is also called uterine cancer. The cancer that is affecting the uterus is called uterine cancer. The treatment options for uterus cancer include surgical removal of the uterus, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, chemotherapy, and palliative care. The risk factors that increase the risk of uterine cancer are never becoming pregnant, long years of menstruation, older age, hormone therapy for breast cancer, obesity, hormonal imbalance, and inherited syndromes. In order to prevent the risk of uterus cancer, one must have to be careful about having hormone therapy after menopause, maintaining healthy body weight, oral contraceptive pills.
