Uterus Cancer :
Uterine cancer is also called uterine cancer. It will be referred to as the cancerous condition, which can affect the uterus. The symptoms that will be observed in uterine cancer will be vaginal bleeding, spotting of blood after menopause, pelvic pain, and white discharge through the vagina. The diagnosis of uterine cancer will be made through physical examination, MRI scan, transvaginal ultrasound, CT scan, biopsy, hysteroscopy, dilation, and curettage (D&C). The management advised for uterine cancer will be through surgical removal of the uterus, targeted therapy, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy, immunotherapy, and palliative care. The risk factors that increase the risk of uterine cancer include no conception of pregnancy, long menstrual periods, hormonal imbalance, older age, obesity, hormone therapy for breast cancer, and inherited syndromes. The prevention of risk factors that are causing uterine cancer will be achieved through hormone therapy post-menopause, maintaining a healthy body weight, and the use of oral contraceptive pills.
