Migraine :
Migraine is a severe headache, and it will be throbbing and sharp pain. The migraine headache will worsen with physical activity, bright lights, loud noises, and strong odours. There are two types of migraines, which include migraine with aura, known as classic migraine, and migraine without aura. There are other types of migraine, which include chronic migraine, menstrual migraine, migraine in children called abdominal migraine, hemiplegic migraine, migraine without headache, and retinal migraine. The symptoms that can be seen when there is migraine will be mood changes, trouble sleeping, nausea, frequent urination, increased thirst and hunger, fatigue, muscle weakness, numbness, ringing in the ears, speaking difficulties, vision changes, difficulty concentrating, stiff neck, sensitivity to touch, and dizziness. The diagnosis of migraine will be made with physical examination, MRI scan, CT scan, blood tests, and electroencephalogram (EEG). Migraines will be treated with medications, and also by avoiding the triggering factors.
