Dyslexia :
Dyslexia is a learning disability seen in children in which there is difficulty in reading and writing. Dyslexia will be caused due to many reasons, such as genetics and disruptions in the development of the brain and its function. The symptoms of dyslexia include difficulty in learning simple words, trouble in rhyming, confusion between d and b, p and q, trouble in pronouncing new words, trouble in associating sounds with letters, reluctance to read loudly in class, and mixing up the position of sounds in words. The diagnosis of dyslexia will be made through careful examination and testing of the signs while they read and write. The management for dyslexia will be through patience and control, and the parent needs to be supportive of the child. Encouragement and backing up will be helpful in treating dyslexia. Early detection and intervention will be crucial, and they are helpful for determining strategies and providing support to them. The manifestations of dyslexia will differ from person to person.
