Anal Fissures :

Anal fissures are a common complaints specially in people suffering with constipation and hard stools. Fissure is a small thin tear, if it occurs in Anal region the fissure is called Anal fissure. E symptoms include pain during and after the bowel moments, and Bleeding. the Diagnosis can be done by Physical examination and few times the Surgeons may suggest for sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy. The Treatment is by medication and for the Chronic fissures it is by Surgery i.e lateral Sphinctrotomy.
